4. Congress and the Courts are currently useless.

Some courts will act rightly, but they must necessarily act slowly, and ultimately if something goes to the SC, then we have seen that most of the decisions will favor the regime.

We might be able to turn Congress somewhat at the mid-terms. But the ONLY way to turn this country around will be a veto-proof majority. That seems very unlikely. If we get enough of a majority to obstruct the worst of further bad intentions, well that's something, but what has been done in this term will mostly continue. And realize that a slim majority will be relatively easy pickings for the regime to coerce compliance.

The SC is lost at least until a new president. Whoever willingly failed to vote for Harris owns every bit of the evil that is happening now.
