- I think mercenary soldiers and security outfits, like Blackwater are the key contributors. Let's face it, you don't need record setting amounts of money to fund bounty hunters, Jan. 6 revolters, or fascists; an ideological bone thrown their way is usually sufficient. But if you want to enlist private, corporate paramilitary mercenaries, you'd better bring some big bucks along with you.
