in the bathrooms at all military installations? What if a superior officer refuses to display his/her junk to Cpl. Groinguard? Can the crotch monitor require him/her to obey? Or will there be cameras everywhere, including in the stalls and focused at groin level, while somewhere there are banks of computer screens that people are watching for signs of nonconforming genitalia? What if someone has had gender reassignment surgery; will they be examined more closely for tell-tale scars? Will Crotch Monitor appear on their DD-214 forms when the people assigned to this duty leave military service?
