...the judge was speaking about the administration in the context of THEIR misconduct.

THIS president and this republican party believe they are above the law and can talk down to a co-equal branch of government exercising their duty to uphold the laws of the country.

Subverting those laws doesn't render this administration invoilable or immune from criticism from courts, especially when it relates to their illegal conduct.
