In the 12 minute span between 0354UTC and 0406UTC the ocean receded 2.44’ then rapidly rose by 3.19’ and is still rising at Sand Island, Midway Islands. In 12 minutes.

That’s a significant water level change indicative of the tsunami that is now impacting the islands.
