The voting population of Texas is fairly evenly split between Republicans and Democrats. Texas has 38 House seats, yet only 12 of those are currently held by Democrats. Such gerrymandering is erasing any representation for Democrats in the House, which is supposedly the People’s house, but now only for Republicans.

Gerrymandering is cheating, and it needs to be outlawed. Of course, that will never happen because it benefits Republicans too much.
