Influenza also has been approved by FDA for 2025-2026 season, based largely on review of worldwide circulating strains (especially in the southern hemisphere). The recommendations were announced on March 13, 2025, after a review of U.S. and global surveillance data and are similar to last year's strain selection. There should not be delays in availability. Check with your pharmacy, Costco, or provider to see when they expect to receive.


RFK Jr and his band of morons do not appear to have had a chance to decimate either program for the coming Fall/Winter. I do worry about any moves for insurers to limit more coverage, though.
