Is Israel currently letting armed UN forces into Gaza? No. To be completely fair neither is hamas. Your attempt to blame the UN for something falls completely flat.
One other small thing to consider is the rest of the quote, "adding problem didn’t exist during January truce, when aid was sufficient"
Imagine that, when people aren't starving they act a bit more reasonable. When starving, they don't. But you got to bash the UN for what Israel has done .
