They're going to count in secret and presto, New York and California lost 20 million people and 15 EVs while Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and South Carolina gained 15 EVs. It's going to be blatant on purpose, because the purpose is to let the blue states know that we no longer live in a Democracy.
