I'm highly skeptical about claims of "clean shots" to internal organs that aren't readily visible and are approximately the size of a grape, give or take. These "morally depraved snipers" aren't using scopes with X-ray vision. Even with a high-powered scope and a military rifle, a "clean shot" to a very small internal organ, from a distance, on a moving target is incredibly difficult.

It's an active war zone over there, with bullets flying all over the place. The more likely scenario is that the people in question were struck by stray bullets and those bullets happened to hit testicles, ovaries, etc. I don't believe evil Israeli snipers are just hiding out there salivating at the idea of blowing people's testicles and ovaries away for funsies.
