To me, pure conjecture, it appears that he is trying to capture control of the Cartels, rather than obliterate them. Someone who allows our health system to perish under Bob, who deprives people of food they need, who rips peaceful families apart, and threatens all the People with Civil War 2.0, is NOT thinking that the drugs that flow are a problem. He's thinking that the problem is none of the money is flowing to his tiny, sticky fingers. He's willing to go to war with Mexico in order to get it.

Here's the thing. What new language do I learn? I thought Ojibwe is hard, but learning Spanish and Chinese at the same time seems impossible.
