They ended trans-specific (i.e. gender dysphoria/transgender medical support) treatments a few weeks before I quit. They can't kick trans veterans out. If they just want to have providers refuse, that's a weird question. If they want a database, they've got one from the years when they asked about gender adding a data point to compare with birth sex data.

I've treated trans vets since 2000, before and during the acceptance period, quitting before this new period (although at the end I didn't have any trans patients, just a few trans coworkers who were making plans to move away). Getting cholesterol medication and gallbladder surgery and such was never an issue.
