3. Texas arrest warrants have no effect in California or Illiinois

HEY ABBOT! can ask the governors of California, Illinois, and New York to have their police to arrest the Texas Democratic Freedom Fighters but there is no requirement form them to do it. Also, Texas law enforcement doesn't have the authority to arrest andone outside their state.
