Of course, one would have to believe Obama would incite an insurrection first.
Lets say Mississippi disqualified Obama over his birth certificate- the Roberts court would have overturned such a move.
But you have changed the subject- go read Jacksons concurrence of the Colorado ruling, if you truly seek to understand.
