You missed mine.

We are all writing emails, etc. Hey, it’s great that your Senators know you. Congratulations. Mine are Cruz and Cornyn and they don’t give a damn about how many emails I write or protests I attend.

MY point is that nationally, we need leadership to organize a successful opposition to what the Republicans are doing. Then we ALL, as Democrats, get behind that opposition collectively. It’s no good to chastise someone for asking what the party is doing, by asking what the individual is doing. The individual, alone, will not be effective. The individual, joined together with all others in an organized, collective movement WILL be effective.

Who is that leader and where do I get behind that person? We have people trying to lead but we don’t have one, clear, undeniable person who is telling the electorate what Trump is doing to this country.

The Democratic Party needs to tell the individuals what to do! We need a strategy. We need creativity. We need to push the rules. We have nothing to lose. We need, in essence, a hero that the people will fall in line behind and support. Who is that person? And where’s that person today when Trump essentially invoked martial law? I haven’t seen it.
