In spite of his criminal management of the pandemic, he didn't crush it down without a shred of it coming back from total destruction for Putin and Kim Jung.
And since the company failed to hold him accountable, he came back to finish the job until the day he'll die, while robbing a few billions out of it for himself and his corrupt offspring.
