What the fuck? Why is anyone giving anything to Russia? They are 100% the aggressors in this conflict. How can anyone argue Trump isnt compromised if this happens?
Trump may offer Putin minerals access in exchange for peace, Telegraph reports
Trump is scheduled to meet with Putin in Anchorage, Alaska, on Aug. 15, where discussions are expected to focus on ending the war in Ukraine. According to The Telegraph, Trump plans to present a package of economic proposals aimed at incentivizing the Kremlin to agree to a ceasefire.
The proposal package reportedly involves granting Russia access to Alaska's natural resources and lifting certain U.S. sanctions on Russia's aviation sector, which has struggled under the weight of international sanctions.
Another key element of the proposals includes giving the Kremlin access to rare earth minerals in Ukrainian territories currently under Russian occupation.

...Trump's just giving away things that don't belong to either Russia or the grifter-in-chief as reward for Putin attacking Ukraine and killing thousands.
It's not only appeasement but a weak and cowardly, or complicit, surrender; complete with a gift package of goodies for his boss.
Trump special envoy Steve Witkoff slammed for misunderstanding Putins plan for Ukraine peace: Reports
The concerns follow a three-hour meeting between Witkoff and Putin at the Kremlin last Wednesday, August 6, which sparked a series of events culminating in Trump announcing plans for a one-on-one meeting with the Russian leader in Alaska.
After the meeting, Witkoff, a real estate associate of Trump, briefed European officials on what he claimed were Putins ceasefire conditions. According to The Wall Street Journal, which cited unknown sources, Witkoff initially stated that Russia was willing to withdraw from the southern regions of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson in exchange for full control over Donetsk Oblast.
However, the following day, he reportedly gave a different version, claiming Putin would agree to withdraw and freeze the current front lines. In a third account, Witkoff allegedly said Putin wanted Ukraine to withdraw from Donetsk in return for a ceasefire.
According to reporting from German outlet BILD, some believe that Putin referred to a "peaceful withdrawal" from the contested regions of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. Witkoff reportedly interpreted this as Russia agreeing to pull its troops out of those areas.

...if you attack and invade a U.S. ally and hit them hard enough, Trump will offer you up a piece of America to stop.
