But the guy was fine while screaming in the officers face. He was ignored. Good crowd control. But that act of pelting something at the Officer was his downfall. You can't throw something. His arrest was proper, let the courts adjudicate the matter. The officer must arrest him to stop further, more serious things being thrown.
