I read the OP as a Miller tearing up for joy to hear his son say THE "14 Words". It is a reference to two 14 word phrases authored by one of the founding members of a white supremacist group call "The Order" - part of the alphanumeric symbols of the the fascist racists, e.g. 14, 88, HH, etc., Wikipedia covers some of it
