Jens Stoltenberg is walking down some street in Oslo and his cellphone rings, he takes it out of his pocket, sees the caller ID, thinks WTF?? and against his better judgment takes the call, then has to listen to some bizarre tirade from Trump about how he totally deserves the Nobel Peace Prize and he'd damn well better get it if Norway doesn't want to get hit with crushing tariffs. Stoltenberg finally ends the call and walks into the closest pub, maybe thinking he should have just fucking retired after his term at NATO was up.
