He may have thrown rocks or yelled obscenities but those criminals with badges certainly seemed to be using excessive force. I was in law enforcement for 31 years and worked with co-workers who wanted to 'waste' the persons we investigated for flouting federal tax laws. While we were forbidden to carry guns some agents did so illegally. I do not recall any instances that an agent shot someone, but as Donny would say, their weapons were locked and loaded.
