21. I don't doubt he saw awful things, but I do doubt this story

Not only would the fetus be too small, there's no way to aim that precisely at a target you can't see. Sure they could aim in the general region, but to intentionally target something that small inside a human body seems like assuming intent beyond a reasonable certainty. There's plenty of ugliness being committed that is verified.
