Take their evidence of California. The disparity between mail in votes and in person votes isn't evidence of cheating. It's known that Republicans have vilified that form of voting. In 2020 when Biden won and in the lead up to the 2024 election there was plenty of talk about the red mirage in that comes from many states counting mail in votes last.
Still in California, they offer no evidence why Trump doing better in higher turn out precincts in one county is evidence of fraud. What happens in other counties, what's the history of that county in previous elections? It's supposition, but without context what they are stating isn't evidence. It's just not. Also of note, they don't link to the where they got the data for California and
North Carolina they don't even do that, it's just claims that voting machines are hackable, but again without context that there are security precautions put in place and talking about things from 2010.
Nevada they talk about drop off voting where the same party down ticket race has a higher drop off for one party than the other but then admit there are plenty of good reasons for that. They also talk about a difference in vote share between mail in and in person voting (including early votes), but again, that's already explainable by the long history of Trump claiming that's fraud. I have not gone over the CVR data yet that they say shows a change in vote pattern after 250 votes tabulated on a machine. But their scatterpoint graphs for this section don't use the same x axis values so the scale is drastically off making it sketchy at best. Adding to that is they provide the data for 2020 and it shows a similar issue but at 600 votes instead of 250. Maybe that's evidence of fraud, but maybe it's evidence of difference in voting styles. 2 elections, especially when 1 is 2020 with all the issues of covid, not a great comparison of data points.
Pennsylvania again with the difference in mail in and election day in person voting which isn't evidence. Then there's various stuff about Elon's stupid petitions and payoffs, but there's no way to connect that to actual votes so it's a distraction at best. Then there's the bomb threats, but they focus on those preventing counting but without evidence of how. And a high percentage of machine failures without providing anything to demonstrate that. What's a high percentage? How did it impact voters?
There's nothing there that I would consider evidence. It's at best theories but again without context and without anything to show why their claims have merit. In fact in 2020, Republicans were making similar claims that because mail in voting favored Democrats, it was fraudulent. Trump himself claimed that data analysis showed tons of votes were changed. Just because someone says data analysis or shows a graph doesn't make it true. Assertions need supporting evidence and context. Election Truth Alliance doesn't provide much of that. The only time they link to the
