40. A huge box full of awards and medals

I'd like to see his reaction if European leaders show up for today's meeting and present him, straight-faced, with dozens of shiny gold plastic medals and awards engraved with sarcastic phrases like "Greatest Person in the Whole Wide World", "World's Most Wonderful Person", etc. And a shiny plastic medal reading "Noble Prize Winner".
