Not Trump, not Biden.

When you're subject to deportation there's a hierarchy:

home country/citizenship -- barred by court order
previous country of residence -- barred by court order
where you said you wanted to go if the first two didn't work, but it's a one-shot deal and it's not clear to me that everybody designates a fall-back destination
anybody'll that'll take you, dealer's choice


Not administrative law. It's statute.
