at least, not at the top of the article (I didn't read the rest). Instead they present it in as hazy (and regime-friendly) a way as possible and make it sound like India will be the only one's suffering by it i.e. this "Officials have warned the new duties could make shipments to the U.S. commercially unviable, triggering job losses and slower economic growth."

That's how AP (and Reuters) roll these days. Every time.
