Given that "report" is coming from a pathological liar who was convicted on multiple financial fraud felonies, one should call bullshit, even without his begging for more money. His "wealth" is mostly in his bullshit cryptocurrency, and he still has hundreds of millions of dollars of debt. Which is why he is so hell-bent on lowering interest rates. He owes hundreds of millions just in interest on his loans, and that's only growing as he fails to pay them off. And, why his lips are still attached to Putin's ass, and that of the Saudis.
