Asking those in the know, Just what powers do every states Govenors have to [View all]

deal with their own National Guard people, and what powers do they have to control ICE invasion? Can they demand ICE not block roads for illegal traffic stops? Any OTHER powers they could do ti disrupt ICE? TY for you response.
