The city of Huntsville is closer to the political center than Colorado Springs. The surrounding areas though are populated by some of worst MAGA infestations anywhere.

Huntsville is a pleasant place, but it has been growing too fast and that is affecting the quality of life. Maybe the same can be said about the Colorado front range. Having lived in both places, I can tell you for culture and scenery, it's not even close to Colorado Springs.
