That was the whole point about impeachment. Without the Senate and a conviction, the impeachment in the House was pointless.

Same here. The Israeli government can just ignore their Supreme Court and there isn't any repercussions. Unless you have a compliance mechanism and consequences, it's the equivalent of screaming at the wind.
