Haven't looked at the numbers, its late and I'm drinking whiskey.

We might be exporting less oil. With the sanctions and price caps on Russian oil, more nations may be quietly buying from them at below market value. Who knows, we may have even bought Russian oil inadvertently via another party.

This is the danger of sanctions, they often work both ways and have unseen results. Probably why Biden didn't acquiesce to Zelensky's demand to even a deeper price cap.
