Constitutionally, there are only 2 reasons that we are allowed to wear masks
1) Emergency measures during a community medical situation like a pandemic
2) For religious purposes.

There are questions on 1st amendment grounds in terms of protesting, but
we are NOT allowed to wear masks to hide our identities.

One last note, about facial recognition; When you go through TSA and TSA asks you to stand so they can take a picture, you can just say "No thank you, I want to opt out". It is not mandatory.

These photos are designed for the government to have your photo on their DB, for facial identification technology.
Forget the fact they already have our images from Drivers licenses, State ID's or Passports, which we just handed one of these documents with our ticket to get to our flight gate, why do they need to take a picture?
Is it some new photo technology that is able to calculate facial contours?
