12. I recall that many years ago, Civil War 2.0 was "wargamed"...

...by a couple of experts (military historians?...I forget the details). Their conclusions were sobering, and they concur with Rep. Kinzinger's. I recall the money quote: "tactical nuclear weapons [and other unconventional weapons] were used early and often".
