4. Joe Manchin is long past his expiration date

and would've never been a Senator in West Virginia if it weren't for piggy backing off the popularity of Robert Byrd. I doubt Byrd would be doing the stuff Manchin has done. Time to rebuild Democratic culture in red states instead of running right leaning centrist just, because we want to hold the seat until the next election cycle and once that right leaning centrist has reached their expiration dates Democrats are left with to no political infrastructure in those States.
