What we post here and elsewhere occurs n the real world, too. It has impact and meaning and exists. We toss in video from our cell phones, emails and anything else we can find in the mix. It doesn’t occur in vacuum. The Chinese version is just official. People lose or gain jobs, hurt or help themselves or others, and make choices based on it all - same end result.

Just my 2 cents. It’s been a thing here in some form for a decade at least.
