1. No telling. There was a time when we would applaud forcing for-profits to pay more in research.

Much prefer an orderly plan from a trusted government, which we don’t have now, making sure nothing drops through cracks, but I bet drug companies do increase research significantly. Only way to keep making money is coming up with more stuff to sell.

That’s my feeling, but doubt it’s trump’s motive.
