2. I doubt there is a Constitutional hook here

The First Amendment has nothing to say about the relationship between private companies and their employees. An employee has no first amendment right to maintain a job if the company doesn't like his speech.

The 1st is there to prevent THE GOVERNMENT from denying speech in the public space. It could be argued that Trump did exactly that by bullying ABC. But I believe ABC would have t bring that action, not Kimmel. And obviously, ABC is more interested in sucking up to Trump.

So it would probably be more productive to try to get the sane world to boycott ABC from every angle. This has had a large impact on Tesla's business results, although Musk is still running his stock fraud machine full blast. I think an organized effort against ABC and its related properties could land some blows.

And America needs to re-think its relationship with the late night hosts. Obviously they have had a powerful voice and that is why Trump is trying to pick them off one by one. Fallon is the most prominent one remaining, but he is a wimp, with no interest in doing anything more than an hour of fake adoration for celebs seeking publicity. That's all he does. His show has always been a waste of time for anybody expecting some social conscience from the late night hosts. We should pressure NBC to show solidarity with the other networks to put ALL of these programs back on the air.
