1. Better to just have automatic budget and debt renewals

But snap elections would require a Constitutional Admendment. Personally I want auto renewal onbthe budget, can't make a deal in the Senate, OK we continue the old one with cpi increases. Belgium went quite awhile without a finctioning parlament and their budget and functional government continued.
