5. I'm surprised it's that bad

So I might be wrong, I didn't think he was underwater by that much.

I still think booting him has a huge risk of sending the seat to the Pubs. We had a 1.2 million voter advantage in registration in 2010 in Pa. It's down to only 50k, and that will likely be gone in the next year at the current rate of loss.
