I got the keys to my new digs (for now) last week and moved most of the stuff in last Saturday. Nearly the same price for 450 more square feet of floor space... my last place in MT was 400sqft. in total, no closets or cupboards, all the appliances. It was too cramped. When I wanted to cook something for more than just me I had to use my friend's kitchen at their house. This place has a brand new gas range and new carpet, no neighbors on any of my walls, floors or ceiling and I'm upstairs.
I'm on a waiting list for the area I really want to be in and the landlord here is willing to let me out the lease when I come up on the waiting list.
Birthdays coming! Have a happy one! Mine puts me on the glide path to 70 next week!
