Accident. It maybe generous but because he was an older guy we thought he might have been distracted. He drove away which really discredits the distracted argument. My husband & I were directly across the street from her. She left the scene with her arms in the air.



So she surrendered peacefully? [she left the scene with her hands in the air] As opposed to finding a problem with a person who should not be driving, whether because of malice or neglect? Let's face it. Either way the person driving the truck needs to lose his license. If he successfully argues that he is fit to drive, then he needs to be criminally charged.
