in a crime, if she has other weapons at home, then, no, until she's convicted of a felony, convicted of domestic violence misdemeanor or felony or deemed by a court to be mentally unfit, those weapons will stay in her home.
Of course a judge could say she's a danger to the community and order the weapons to be temporarily seized until the resolution of the charges but I don't believe that happens very often.
