17. Customer service has sucked for 15 years

It gets worse and worse. And if I can't tell what the other person is saying and I have to go through over an hour of spelling shit out I am exhausted. Then it turns out my issue isn't resolved and I have to start all over again.

Greedy corporate bosses WANT us to give up so they can continue their fraud and get more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for themselves.


Every single one of my friends and family have been experiencing this same BS for 15 years. My niece will never know what customer service is supposed to do and how much it has changed.
