He TWICE prevented the Republicans in the Senate from voting to remove that ratbastard after he was impeached two times. The same goes for said Republican Senators who didn't have the guts to vote for it. The Supreme Court's culpability, along with that of Cannon, Garland, and everyone else, would be moot, if not for them.
