he's going tomorrow start a war with Venezuela so he can stop the war with Venezuela and then claim that means he gets the Nobel for ending another war. Sort of like an arsonist wanting a medal from the Fire Department for pouring a cup of water on a fire he started.

That's pretty much the way the stinking mass of rancid oatmeal he has between his ears works. Somehow it all makes sense to him.
