8. ICE officers accidentally fired a canister that bounced onto the roof

It was NO ACCIDENT, the icehole agent fired the tear gas canister that was meant for the protesters. Instead the canister bounced back on them. So, of course the natural progression is to attack the protesters. Karma played her part.
