I’m in agreement with the rest of your reply though. I can’t imagine the administration not making sure they have control over the final edit. I would think a one hour live interview would be a problem for this administration no matter what the questions were as you have said. I’m more worried how much CBS will make 60 minutes bend to get in front of the line to takeover Warner/Discovery/HBO/CNN. I have a hard time thinking that CBS and its news head, Bari Weiss, or Paramount Skydance’s CEO, David Ellison, don’t know which side their possible merger toast is buttered, even ignoring their past politics.
