I will submit that her hand placement and hug...vigor suggests to me, a lay observer, something a bit more than platonic.

This may be her coping mechanism. Her last preening asshole arrogant husband is around so she is taking solace in his doppleganger. And his doppleganger is smiling like "jackpot".

Usha doesn't strike me as a strong woman. Why would she associate with Vance - certainly not his incandescent charisma.
