18 U.S. Code § 201 prohibits giving/receiving anything of value to influence public officials, their acts, or witness testimony, or to commit fraud.

Criminal penalties, 15 years.

That's a clue. Instead of the usual, "We're looking forward, not back, let bygones be bygones" line, prominent Dems should be putting these people on notice that this has every appearance of a criminal act and will be treated as such in the next administration.if these people don't clean up their acts. When they go on media programs, they should specifically mention this statute in a discussion of the rule of law.

Likewise, everything the ICA agents are doing is on video. If they are committing illegal acts, the acants and the entire chain of command will be held responsible.
