I suppose clopidogrel could be a factor, though in my time as a pharmacy tech, we dispense tons of this and I’ve never seen a patient with that complaint. I think it’s likely multifactorial, beginning with the fact he’s OLD, has fecal and urinary incompetence, the frontotemporal dementia, probable escalating tertiary syphilis, and has been popping Adderall and other crap as he pleases, eats McDonald’s garbage in huge quantities, yada, yada, yada.

I think it’s not unlikely that a new medication regime could indeed be one thing too many on top of all his other problems. If so, I vote that they double the dose and hurry him over the precipice.
